Ifeatu has a keen interest in the Corporate, Commercial, and Banking Sectors. She is skilled in Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Company Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance Practice.
She is particularly involved in ensuring Client Compliance with the relevant regulatory framework applicable to their business.
Ifeatu holds a Level 3 Award Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, Burntwood, UK.
She obtained her LLB from the University of the West of England, Bristol where she was a recipient of the UWE Bristol Futures Award. She also holds a BL from the Nigerian Law School.
Ifeatu takes charge of the day-to-day organisation of the Corporate Affairs compliance at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Clients of the firm and issues related to registrations and updating of returns.
She is involved with the firm’s work on digital assets and FinTech.
She is also the team leader of the firm’s international clientele service group and participates frequently in arbitration proceedings and activities related to law firm management in her capacity as the Managing Associate of the firm.
